Terms of Service

CatalogKit lets you generate PDF catalogs, line sheets, and digital flipbooks from publicly accessible Shopify storefronts. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, limits, and pricing may change.

The core Service is available without an account. Some features may require you to create an account or supply a payment method. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Attempt to access stores you are not authorized to query.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or rate limits.
• Generate catalogs containing illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.

You retain ownership of product data, imagery, and branding you supply or that the Service pulls from a store you operate. You grant CatalogKit a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service (rendering, storage of generated PDFs, and delivery of flipbook links). Generated PDFs are yours to use commercially.

The Service fetches data from public Shopify endpoints. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use product data, images, and trademarks from any store you query. CatalogKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.

The free tier is provided at no cost subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing billing periods are honored at the current rate.

Flipbook PDFs are stored in a public Storage bucket using unguessable identifiers and expire automatically after 24 hours unless retained under a paid plan. You should not upload content that requires authenticated access.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated documents will be free of defects.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CATALOGKIT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
